- To ensure uninterrupted service, we may occasionally dispatch parcels through other reputable, reliable courier services depending on service availability, region, or logistics optimization.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery Time: Standard dispatch and delivery across Pakistan takes 3 to 5 working days under normal courier operations.
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Courier Delays & Third-Party Disclaimer
- While we always dispatch parcels promptly, final delivery timelines are managed by independent third-party courier services.
- Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, road blockages, public holidays, political strikes, or courier operational disruptions.
- Plz Baba is not liable for transit delays caused by third-party logistics partners, though our support team will actively assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure you provide a complete, clear, and accurate delivery address along with an active mobile number when placing your order.
- Courier riders will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, standard re-dispatch courier fees will apply.
5. Order Tracking & Support
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via E-mail to monitor your parcel in real-time.
