However, to provide you with complete peace of mind, we offer a clear and transparent Return and Exchange Policy.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is physically damaged upon arrival, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- You must notify our support team within 2 working days of delivery.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited parcel unboxing video (showing the courier label and the opening of the package) is strictly required to process any damage or exchange claim.
- Once verified, our team will immediately arrange your replacement or exchange.
2. Returns & Change of Mind
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:
- You may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your package.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, boxes, and accessories intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, usage, dropping, or missing packaging will not be accepted for return.
3. Refund Process & Non-Refundable Fees
If your return is approved for a monetary refund:
- Refund Method: The refunded amount will be transferred directly to your bank account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- Deductions: Please note that courier shipping charges and any applied government taxes/bank processing fees are strictly non-refundable. Only the base price of the returned item will be refunded.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.
4. Shipping & Courier Charges
Standard Terms: Standard delivery and courier charges for both return shipments and exchange dispatches are to be covered by the customer.
